The Grove School Forms
- Interest Enrollment Form – If you are interested in enrolling your student in The Grove School, use this form to place your student’s name on the Grove School’s mailing list to receive information about the enrollment lottery.
- The Grove School Student Handbook 2011-2012 – The Grove School is based on the belief that students who are engaged in self construction are the purpose and the focus of our school. Students are expected to engage in conduct that promotes this supportive learning environment. The topics discussed in the Student Handbook are meant to inform and enlighten students and parents about expectations for conduct, behavior and safety. The Student Handbook outlines those expectations and acts as a contractual agreement between parents, students and the school
- Internship Hours Form – Students are committed to provide at least 40 hours of internship every school year. Internship hours for each school year must be completed and turned in to the school office before the end of May of each school year. Hours may be started in the summer months and applied to the upcoming school year (September-May).
- Community Service Hours Form – Students are committed to provide at least 30 hours of community service every school year. Service hours for each school year must be completed and turned in to the school office before the end of May of each school year. Hours may be started in the summer months and applied to the upcoming school year (September-May).
- Family Commitment Hours (Online, PDF, Excel) – Families of students of The Grove School are committed to participate in school activities and events for at least 30 hours per school year.
